Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Since each Melodisk is personalized with your custom photos, some orders may require additional production time of up to 3-5 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 4-12 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at all times.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Melodisk is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.

Lost or Damaged Orders

All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at contact@themelodisk.store and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
