Welcome to Melodisk. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Melodisk. By visiting, interacting with or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain fully protected.

SECTION 3 — HOW THE PRODUCT WORKS

Melodisk is a magnetic music box that works with NFC mini-vinyl discs. The box functions as a USB-C device: you load your own MP3 files onto it directly from your computer. Melodisk does not pre-load, supply, or provide any songs, music, or audio content. You are solely responsible for the music you choose to load and for ensuring you have the right to use it. The product works without any app, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth connection.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM EDITIONS

Custom editions are personalized using photos you provide. By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse any photo content that violates these terms. Because Custom editions are made specifically for you, they are subject to our Refund Policy, which limits returns on personalized items.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Melodisk reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Payment must be received before an order is accepted.

SECTION 6 — PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping or customs fees.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You confirm that the payment method used is authorized and that all charges will be honored.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

All content on this site, including trademarks, text, images, graphics and design, is the property of Melodisk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Melodisk operates using Shopify technology. Any purchase made on our store is made directly with Melodisk. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Melodisk.
